EGXPRESS Licensee of Federal Express is seeking an Accountant Freight Forwarding to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Issue Invoices and follow up till they are delivered to customers.
• Ensure that issued invoices are made in accordance with company policy.
• Manage customers’ accounts and ensure customers pay their invoices on time.
• Responsible for petty cash issuing and settlement.
• Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors’ DSO.
• Oversee the forwarding of monthly statements to clients to keep them updated on debt collection activities.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
•  Resolving customer issues related to their invoices
• Prepare month-end reports.
• Any other job-related duty assigned by my manager.

Qualification , Skill,s and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience FTN ( Freight Forwarding ) Accountant
• Analyzing Information & Accounting Skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to produce reports using Excel and Word.
