For a cosmetics
company Coordinate sales activities in Modern Trade, implement commercial policy and lead his team in accordance with the objectives set, in strict compliance with the allocated budget.

- Implement the commercial policy in supermarkets and mini-markets;

- Implement the strategy for coordinating sales activities in modern trade;

- Guarantee a social climate in its department

- Ensure strategic and pricing competitive intelligence;

- Monitor customer accounts in terms of deposits, turnover and balances to avoid customer delays;

- Follow the merchandisers

- Follow the assortment by network (reference / reference)

- Apply the sales prices defined according to the commercial policy;

- Perform or supervise the validation of orders;

- Assign credits only with hierarchical agreement;

- Ensure compliance with the 30-day deadline for the settlement of credits;

- Follow the media plan and make proposals;

Carry out field visits and assess the performance of the network: strategic visit to the supermarket power plants to negotiate the commercial relationship of the company;

- Organize and lead meetings with his/her team;


Profile:
Level of qualification: Bac + 4/5, +

Professional experience: 3 years

Negotiation skills and conviction

Analytical and synthesis skills,

Office automation perfect mastery of Excel/Powerpoint and ERP

CRM
