Job Context: working as a General Accountantyou will be responsible for managing accounting tasks at our factory site, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Posting and processing journal entries to record all business transactions.
• Updating and managing accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and performing regular reconciliations.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly trial balance to ensure accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed at the factory site.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• A thorough understanding of the accounting cycle and basic business cycles such as sales, purchasing, and inventory.
• Familiarity with (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong skills with lookup functions, IF formulas, and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
