Vidal Associates Consulting and Search, a leading player in direct recruitment of specialist executives and managers in France and internationally, is recruiting for its client a Chief Accountant M/F - Industry, based in Tunis (Tunisia).

Our client, a global leader of German origin specializing in thin film technologies, works with the biggest brands and companies across various sectors, from the automotive industry to consumer electronics, including health, beauty, product protection, and the fight against counterfeiting.

The group designs and manufactures decorative and functional films applied to various media, used in a wide range of products: automotive components, smartphones, televisions, washing machines, furniture, packaging, books, textiles, bottle labels, bank cards, and much more.

Through a global network of subsidiaries, representations, and sales offices, the group operates according to standardized environmental and quality standards in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

As part of a replacement, our client is recruiting a:

Chief Accountant M/F - Industry

Position based in Tunis (Tunisia)

Under the supervision of the Expatriate General Manager and in close collaboration with the group, your missions will consist of:

- Managing the group's cash flow and debts, as well as intercompany operations;

- Managing and optimizing the stock, which is currently too large;

- Supervising relations with the auditor;

- Ensuring the communication of monthly figures to general management. Planning an evolution towards management control and providing support in terms of Tunisian regulations (VAT, customs, various administrations, etc.);

- Managing personnel administration;

- Prepare and submit complete monthly reports (P&L and B/S), with monthly consolidation carried out for Tunisia.
