About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounting Assistant to join our team in Dubai.

The role will begin as an assistant to our current accountant to understand company systems and financial structure. After the training period, the candidate will take full responsibility for accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, payables, and receivables.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and the logistics team.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely closing of accounts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory knowledge (mandatory).
• Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills.
• Fluent in English (Russian or Tajik is an advantage).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
