Apt Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant for a growing Real Estate firm. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to gain experience in the accounting field and develop their skills in a dynamic industry. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist with the financial operations of the real estate company, contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records related to real estate transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements and investment accounts
  • Prepare and process monthly billing statements
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance for real estate activities
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial accuracy
  • Participate in audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
