As Management Accountant, you will support the Finance leadership in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the cluster. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping departments make informed decisions that drive operational excellence. You’ll be a strategic partner to the business—and we’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis across all Hyatt Place Dubai properties.
• Monitor departmental budgets and support cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial targets are understood and met.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with Hyatt policies and local regulations.
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business reviews.
• Assist in system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Represent Finance in cross-functional meetings and contribute to hotel-wide initiatives.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel finance or management accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SUN, Opera, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
