About the job SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage the Finance function across multi-entity operations (UAE, KSA, Qatar, India, USA).
Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Drive audits, taxation, treasury, FX, and risk management activities with zero delays or penalties.
Manage cash flow, collections, payables, and credit control to maintain strong working capital.
Implement ERP and finance automation processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, cost optimization, and business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, ESR, UBO, ZATCA, and other statutory obligations.
Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Proven expertise in IFRS (especially IFRS 15), taxation, transfer pricing, treasury, and FX.
Strong background in multi-entity finance management and international compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ongoing professional development in international tax, audit, and financial governance.
Continuous training in ERP and digital finance systems.
