We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Head Cashier to lead our front-end operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth cashiering activities, supervise cashier staff, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy Retail Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of cashiers to ensure efficient checkout operations

Handle cash transactions, returns, and refunds accurately

Train and guide new cashier staff

Monitor cash registers and ensure proper cash handling procedures

Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile end-of-day sales

Ensure compliance with store policies and financial procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
