Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing business processes, including operational and financial audits within a manufacturing environment. Experience in auditing within SAP environment and IT controls is desirable. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our internal controls and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning and Execution:
• Contribute to develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Conduct audits of business processes including process efficiency and effectiveness, data integrity, and security controls; also documenting manual and automated processes.
• Perform IT control audits, focusing on system access, data security, and IT infrastructure (desirable).
• Regularly visit Company plant, branches and customers as part of audits and requests from Internal Audit Director for specific engagements
• Operational Audits:
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes within the support functions, manufacturing environment and sales operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance.
• Risk Assessment:
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with management to ensure that risk management processes are effectively implemented.

• Reporting:
• Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to management team.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, internal audit standards, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices related to internal auditing and manufacturing processes.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other members of the internal audit team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit team.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, ACCA or CPA is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in internal controls, operations and internal audit.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• A focus on SAP processes and IT-related controls is desirable.

• Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication and report-writing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of operational and financial audit methodologies
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of IT controls methodologies is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Power Point) and audit

management software.
