Job Description

Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL, AR, AP, and month-end close.
Maintain and analyze cost accounting records for manufacturing processes.
Monitor and report on project budgets, WIP, and CAPEX.
Reconcile inventory and ensure accuracy in BOM and standard costs.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support audits and tax filings in compliance with local and international standards.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers for financial planning and control.
Identify process improvements and contribute to ERP implementations or upgrades.
Support fund modeling, performance metrics (IRR, MOIC), and due diligence.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering finance/venture capital.
Strong understanding of cost accounting and IFRS/local GAAP/Experience with VC-specific accounting platforms (e.g., Carta, QuickBooks, Investran).
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
