Job Description

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL, AR, AP, and month-end close.
• Maintain and analyze cost accounting records for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, WIP, and CAPEX.
• Reconcile inventory and ensure accuracy in BOM and standard costs.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support audits and tax filings in compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for financial planning and control.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Support fund modeling, performance metrics (IRR, MOIC), and due diligence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering finance/venture capital.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and IFRS/local GAAP/Experience with VC-specific accounting platforms (e.g., Carta, QuickBooks, Investran).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
