Job Description

• Oversee financial operations: Manage all daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Produce financial reports: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Guarantee adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close: Lead and coordinate the closing processes to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Coordinate audits: Act as the primary contact for external auditors and oversee the preparation of required schedules and documentation for the annual audit.
• Provide financial analysis: Interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Offer strategic recommendations to management to improve financial performance.
• Improve internal controls: Evaluate and enhance internal accounting processes and controls to safeguard company assets and increase efficiency.
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation: Collaborate with other departments to prepare the annual budget and coordinate the forecasting process.
• Make sure all processes and all documentation cycles are accurate and matching on odoo system
  Responsible for making gradual and random checks of warehouse material and make sure quantities are accurate and updated on the system.
• Manage, Support and lead the accounting team in headquarter and in site locations and has the ability to execute related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• A master's degree is a plus.
• 10–12 years of solid accounting experience, preferably with extensive exposure to the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial models).
• Practical experience with Odoo ERP  highly appreciated.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is  strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
