We are a reputed jewellery business in the UAE looking for an Accountant with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance experience. Candidate must have 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in the jewellery or gold trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting tasks, ledger entries, VAT filing, and bank reconciliations

* Maintain accurate financial records and inventory accounting

* Monitor transactions for suspicious activity in line with AML laws (DNFBP requirements)

* Maintain KYC records and prepare STRs(Suspicious Transaction Report ) if needed

* Ensure full compliance with UAE AML regulations

* Assist with audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

* 3-4 years of accounting + AML experience (preferably in jewellery/gold sector)

* Good knowledge of UAE VAT & AML laws

* Familiar with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar software

* Strong attention to detail and integrity
