A reputable real estate and asset management group located in Jnah , is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant ready to grow within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview:

The Accountant will support daily accounting operations across multiple entities and assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation. This role offers exposure to diverse projects within property management, leasing, and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payments

--Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reports

-Handle VAT filings and assist with audits and compliance

-Maintain accurate ledgers and fixed asset records

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting

-Proficient in Excel and accounting software

-Experience with multi-entity or real estate portfolios is a plus

-Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
