  Job Overview:

  
  

  The Chief Accountant will lead the accounting function for a fast-growing manpower services company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective control over accounting operations. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, solid experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work closely with management and auditors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and capable of managing the full accounting cycle from transaction recording to financial statement preparation.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  
  

  Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  
  

  Manage month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports.

  
  

  Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements efficiently.

  
  

  Supervise and maintain ERP system accuracy, ensuring reliable financial data flow.

  
  

  Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

  
  

  Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security, and labor-related financial obligations.

  
  

  Lead, train, and develop the accounting team to enhance efficiency and control across all financial processes.
