We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with accounting standards, along with exposure to accounting operations related to the real estate sector. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in line with accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Monitor budgets, project costs, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide management with actionable insights.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
