Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, managing weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger).
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop internal controls and ensure proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support business operations and growth.
• Prepare financial reports for Managing Director to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and improve accounting S/W system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across all company functions.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff.

Job Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• minimum 5-10  years of accounting experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. 
• Proven working experience as chief accountant.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
