• Manage the full accounting cycle and prepare timely financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data related to real estate development projects.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
• Assist in budgeting and preparing cash flow projections.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Handle banking transactions and liaise with financial institutions when needed.
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and ensuring readiness.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.4 to 6 years of experience in the Real Estate Development field (mandatory).Solid knowledge of local and international accounting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
