Job Requirements

* Support the Internal Audit Manager and senior auditors in providing advisory services related to internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

* Assist in gathering data and performing risk assessments for new projects, initiatives, or system implementations.

* Participate in targeted reviews and assessments as assigned by the Internal Audit Manager or Head of Internal Audit.

* Assist in conducting ad-hoc investigations and special audits involving suspected policy breaches, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.

* Prepare working papers and contribute to the formulation of recommendations to improve operational efficiency and control effectiveness.

* Coordinate with internal departments to provide requested documentation or data for advisory or special review purposes.

* Contribute to the drafting of clear and accurate reports under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager or Senior Auditor.

* Assist in the execution of scheduled audit engagements to ensure audit objectives and scopes are met.

* Help in developing and performing audit testing programs to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

* Document findings and prepare supporting evidence in accordance with Internal Audit Methodology and Company Policies.

Job Summary

To support the Internal Audit Manager and team in delivering assurance and advisory services by assisting in the planning and execution of audits across SAMACO Motors’ operations. The role ensures audits are conducted effectively in line with internal policies and professional standards, covering financial, operational, compliance, and IT activities across all company branches.
