Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
• Preferably experience in real estate development, 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
