Join the Pre-Opening Team at Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort – Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic

Director of Finance

to lead the financial operations of the

Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort

, a stunning new property set to open in

2026

in the heart of Morocco’s picturesque coastline.

As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s financial strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to influence the success of a pre-opening hotel by implementing robust financial systems, driving profitability, and aligning financial goals with Marriott’s brand standards and owner priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting for the property

Develop and execute business plans that drive financial performance

Establish strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Provide analytical support to operational departments and ownership

Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting within hospitality or a related industry

Proven leadership and communication skills

Experience in pre-opening or new hotel launches is a plus

English required and French desired.
