  • Prepare and send accurate client invoices on time
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and follow up with clients for outstanding payments
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and ensure timely vendor payments
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and support monthly closing
  • Assist in payroll processing and salary calculations
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy
  • Generate financial reports as needed
  • Support external audits and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5 years of accounting experience, including AP and ARStrong understanding of invoicing and billing proceduresProficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
