Full supervision of the company’s financial and accounting department.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Preparation of the balance sheet and closing/year-end reports.
• Managing accounts payable, receivable, collections, and payments.
• Monitoring project cost centers and analyzing financial variances.
• Preparing and managing tax accounts (VAT – Withholding – Income Tax).
• Coordinating with external auditors and governmental authorities.
• Establishing financial policies and controlling disbursement and collection procedures.
