Qualification & Experience

􀁸 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/ engineering, or bachelor’s degree in chemical, civil or mechanical engineering or chemical/ biological science with environmental management, GHG and carbon footprint experiences.

􀁸 Experience: Not less than 12 years of experience in Environment Management System, GHG and carbon footprint and development and implementation in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 14060 family standards.

􀁸 In-depth knowledge of local and international Environmental regulations and standards.

􀁸 Experience with conducting internal Environmental Management System audits

􀁸 Strong background in environmental risk assessment and incident investigation

􀁸 Fluent in English correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

􀁸 Computer literate and presentation skill

􀁸 Requires mobile communication during normal and outside office hours for emergency contact

􀁸 Interview: Pass written assessment & interview conducted by Kahramaa

Major Duties / Responsibilities

􀁸 Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the adopted strategy, regulation and ISO 14001 ensuring system integration across all departments, facilities and activities.

􀁸 Lead initiatives related to carbon footprint quantification, monitoring, and reduction, ensuring alignment with ISO 14060 family standards
