• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate posting of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify financial information.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.2-5 years of proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
