  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local financial regulations.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Maintain strong internal control systems and risk management processes.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure accurate tax filings and regulatory reporting.
  • Improve accounting systems and financial procedures.
