Job Description

Sofi Pack is looking for a detail-oriented AR Accountant to join our finance team. The primary responsibility will be managing all activities related to customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Maintain and update customer files and records.
​Generate and send invoices and account statements to customers.
​Perform daily cash and check posting to the accounting system.
​Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
​Follow up on overdue invoices and manage collection activities.
​Prepare weekly/monthly reports on AR aging and collection status.
​Resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries regarding payments.

Job Requirements

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting major.
​Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
​Technical Skills:
​High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
​Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).
​Languages: Good command of the English language.
​Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, high accuracy, and strong analytical thinking.
