Job Description

Job Summary:

Mobco Development is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
-Handle accounts payable and receivable
-Monitor project costs and budgets
-Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Assist with tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations
-Support audits and provide necessary documentation
-Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience (real estate experience is a must)
-Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in real estate development or construction accounting
CMA or relevant certification is a plus
