Key Responsibilities/What You Do

  • Account Receivables Management: Uploading bank statements on a daily basis, allocating incoming payments, and credit balance checks, and following up on Suspense accounts on a daily basis.
  • Dunning: Extract customer aging balance, check automated dunning steps, perform dunning calls, and create internal tickets to Commercial when dunning actions are unsuccessful.
  • Additional Account Receivables duties: Send formal notices and internal tickets to the Customer Accountant for blocking of outgoing payments in SAP, open a collections case with C&C teams via the internal ticketing system, and align on the next steps with the PM committee.
  • Answer and resolve queries and issues from customers in a timely manner
  • Evaluates and monitors the daily tasks and processes and ongoing performance to determine necessity for process changes when necessary; Take initiative on projects and issues that arise
  • Manage and monitor client accounting: Ensure accurate recording of transactions, maintain reliable client accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Optimize collections and cash flow: Improve payment processes, reduce delays, and prioritize receivables to enhance liquidity.
  • Collections and reminders: Record payments, perform reconciliations, analyze anomalies, monitor aged balances, and follow up with clients on unpaid invoices.
  • Reporting and analysis: Produce key reports such as aged balances, unallocated payments, DSO, and ageing analysis to support decision-making.
  • Brokerage CMS management: Issue statements, track payments, communicate policy ageing and manage CMS effectively.

Key Requirements/What You Bring

  • Bachelor and / or Master's degree in Economics , Finance Banking or Risk Management specialization
  • Extended knowledge in Financial analysis, Risk assessment and market specifics
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in Finance ,Banking field
  • Professional behavior and recognized rigor.
