Job Description
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts and prepare reconciliation reports
- Match stock with system records and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with branches, warehouses, and finance teams
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory results
- Suggest improvements to inventory counting and control processes
- Location: Field-based (frequent travel between branches)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory accounting or stock control
- Strong knowledge with Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (RMS, Dynamics 365, Odoo)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to travel frequently between branches
