Job Description

• Conduct daily physical inventory counts and prepare reconciliation reports
• Match stock with system records and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with branches, warehouses, and finance teams
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory results
• Suggest improvements to inventory counting and control processes
•  Location: Field-based (frequent travel between branches)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory accounting or stock control
• Strong knowledge with Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (RMS, Dynamics 365, Odoo)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to travel frequently between branches
