• Collaborate with the sales agent to process and manage customer orders for newly launched properties.
• Record and maintain accurate customer details in the system.
• Generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle payment collection, including cash, cheques, and POS transactions.
• Coordinate with the security firm for depositing collected payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely settlement of transactions.
• Perform Salesforce and NetSuite reconciliations between internal records and those of the sales agent.
• Support operational processes related to property launches and customer onboarding as required.

Skills

Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience.

Industry Background: Prior experience in the real estate sector.

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
