الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• International Accounting & Compliance (Primary Focus – US & EU)

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for US and European entities

  • Oversee US federal and state filings

  • Manage European statutory filings and VAT submissions

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

  • Coordinate with international auditors and tax advisors

  • Prepare and submit annual financial statements and regulatory declarations

• Financial Reporting & Closing

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

  • Lead preparation and analysis of financial reports

  • Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of consolidated financial data

• General Ledger & Technical Accounting

  • Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts

  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations

  • Oversee foreign currency transactions and translations

  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP

• Operational Accounting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate journal entries and reconciliations

  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes

  • Manage payroll processing and reporting

  • Work closely with sales teams to reconcile revenue and track receivables

• UAE Accounting (Working Knowledge Required)

  • Basic understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations

  • Support local compliance requirements when needed

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Master’s degree and/or CPA certification highly preferred

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong focus on financial reporting and analysis

• Extensive hands-on experience in:

  • US GAAP and US accounting standards

  • US federal and state filings

  • European statutory reporting and VAT compliance

  • Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction accounting environments

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent English communication skills
