الأدوار والمسؤوليات
1. Financial Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
2. ERP Implementation and Management
- Lead the implementation of ERP software to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting.
- Serve as project manager for ERP integration, coordinating with IT, consultants, and departments.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Accounts staff and users.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Continuously assess and optimize ERP setup in line with evolving business needs.
- Ensure ERP compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor variances and prepare forecasts to support management decisions.
4. Internal Controls and Compliance
- Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity.
- Ensure full compliance with government reporting and tax obligations.
5. Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow planning to ensure availability of funds across the Group.
- Oversee areas of cash, investment, and asset management.
6. Operational Support
- Collaborate with property and leasing teams to align financial strategy with operations.
- Provide financial insights for negotiations and key decisions.
7. Audit and Risk Management
- Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely preparation of required materials.
- Identify and manage financial risks across real estate, hotel, and F&B portfolios.
8. Leadership and Team Development
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, set objectives, evaluate performance, and guide professional growth.
- Promote a culture of financial responsibility and awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
Experience
- 20 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in a senior finance role specific to real estate and hospitality.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of IFRS and sector-specific financial standards.
- Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel functionalities.
