Join our dynamic team as a Site Accountant! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Accountant to manage all financial aspects of our construction projects in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Analyze project costs and variances, providing insights and recommendations to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize financial performance.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
• Support the annual audit process.

Job Requirements

• Prefer has a car .
• Experience: 3-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Accounting: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Finance: Solid financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Construction Engineering: Familiarity with construction project accounting.
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in preparing financial statements.
  • Budgeting: Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
  • GAAP/IFRS: Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
