We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong experience in Odoo ERP to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is fluent in English and capable of working within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and operate the Odoo accounting system, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants when required.
• Improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.
• Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Accounting module).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
