Job Description

Monitor and control project costs (materials, labor, equipment).
Prepare cost analysis reports for ongoing projects.
Track purchase orders and compare actual vs. budgeted costs.
Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts.
Analyze cost variances and provide explanations.
Coordinate with procurement and project managers.
Support monthly closing activities related to cost accounting.
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
Participate in inventory and site reconciliations when requir

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–3 years of experience in cost accounting.
Experience in construction or landscaping companies is a must.
Good understanding of cost control and budgeting.
Familiar with ERP systems.
Very good in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
