To manage daily accounting operations maintain accurate financial records ensure compliance with accounting standards and support the financial reporting process within the framework of ERP-based accounting systems.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions using the Key Smart ERP Accounting Module.
  

• Post journal entries reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
  

• Monitor bank statements and reconcile monthly bank accounts.
  

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment after verification and approval.
  

• Follow up on receivables and coordinate with sales and customer service teams.
  

• Maintain aging reports and assist with collection efforts.
  

• Review and verify employee expense claims submitted via Key Smart Employee App.
  

• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate payroll accounting.
  

• Prepare payroll summaries and accounting entries related to compensation and benefits.
  

• Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  

• Support the finance team in budget tracking forecasting and cost center analysis.
  

• Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry for management reporting.
  

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g. VAT Zakat corporate tax).
  

• Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.
  

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all accounting processes.
  

• Actively participate in the testing and improvement of the Key Smart Accounting module.
  

• Report bugs or enhancement suggestions to the development team.
  

• Train new users on the accounting features within the ERP system.
  

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

Minimum 2 4 years of accounting experience preferably in a tech or ERP-based environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS).

Experience with ERP systems (Key Smart ERP experience is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
