As Manager, Accounting Controls, you will oversee critical accounting operations, ensure robust financial governance, and lead a team of skilled professionals in a fully remote, innovation-driven environment. Reporting to the Director of Accounting Controls, you will contribute directly to scalable finance processes, automation initiatives, and high-quality financial reporting. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a high-growth setting where adaptability and ownership are highly valued. You will collaborate cross-functionally and internationally, helping strengthen financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish.Post-qualified accounting experience with strong technical accounting expertise.Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams.Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP, with strong understanding of financial and operational controls.Experience with SAP (ideally SAP S/4HANA) or comparable ERP systems.Background in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a high-growth or scaling environment.Experience working with large datasets and complex financial structures.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hyper-growth setting.Experience collaborating with outsourced finance teams.Comfort working in a remote or asynchronous work environment is a plus.
