JOB TITLE
Account Payable Excellence Senior Accountant | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions
ROLE SUMMARY
Support the APEX Process Managers by managing data accuracy, issue logs, reconciliations, and dashboard updates. Provide analytics and insights that enable process compliance and operational excellence.
ROLE PROFILE

• Maintain APEX trackers for escalations, RCA progress, and backlog clearance.
• Reconcile open PO, GR/IR, and payment aging reports, ensuring data integrity.
• Prepare dashboards for governance meetings and management reporting.
• Support process standardization, documentation, and automation testing.
• Engage with operational teams to ensure timely closure of assigned issues.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years’ experience in AP or finance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Coupa and reporting tools.
• Continuous improvement and innovation focus.
• Stakeholder collaboration and communication.
