Your role and responsibilities

ASenior SAP Finance Leader is responsible for driving the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions to support enterprise financial management, reporting, and cost control. The role focuses on aligning financial systems with business objectives while ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient processes.

This position requires deep expertise in SAP Finance capabilities, strong understanding of integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems, and the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define the finance roadmap, guide solution architecture, and deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance financial transparency, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  
  
  

• SAP Finance or S/4HANA certifications are highly valued; additional certifications in enterprise architecture, finance transformation, or leadership are a plus.

  
  
  

Technical & Functional Leadership

• 12+ years ofDeep expertise acrossSAP Finance capabilities ,, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, with a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes.

  
  
  

• Proven experience leadingS/4HANA Finance transformations, including New GL concepts, Central Finance, and finance data harmonization initiatives.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge oftax configuration, banking integrations, electronic payments, and financial compliance requirements across complex organizations.

  
  
  

• Ability to guide teams onadvanced SAP capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies such as Fiori, analytics platforms, and finance reporting solutions.

  
  
  

Leadership & Industry Experience

• Extensive experience delivering and overseeinglarge-scale SAP, including global implementations, transformations, and optimization initiatives.

  
  
  

• Track record of leading cross-functional teams, mentoring consultants, and driving delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.

  
  
  

• Strong experience engaging withsenior stakeholders, finance executives, and program leadership to translate business strategy into scalable SAP solutions.

• Broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including familiarity withABAP debugging, SAP BW/analytics, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
