The Senior Manager – Development Financial Planning and Analysis at Qiddiya Investment Company is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for the development projects.
This position will focus on delivering robust financial analyses, management reporting, and strategic insights that support project decision-making and enhance financial performance.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of comprehensive financial models, conduct variance analyses, and prepare detailed management reports for senior leadership.
A collaborative approach is essential to engage with various departments, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational execution.
The Senior Manager will also play a key role in identifying risks, opportunities, and optimizing resource allocation across the development portfolio.
Coordinate financial planning and forecasting processes for development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management.
Review and optimize financial models to assess project viability and financial impact.
Monitor project cash flows, expenditures, and financial performance against budgets.
Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to analyze financial impacts of project scope changes and risks.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of financial excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to financial governance and reporting standards within the development function.
Support the identification and implementation of process improvements within the financial planning and reporting functions.
Engage with external stakeholders and audit teams as needed to ensure transparency and compliance.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial productivity and operational efficiency.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance or related field.
Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), particularly within the context of large-scale development projects.
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or similar domains is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience working in large, complex organizations with cross-functional teams.
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Competency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide financial analysts.
