تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must be a Zoho Books expert and capable of independently handling full-cycle accounting for a contracting and maintenance company.

This role requires strong financial control, reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple business streams including fit-out projects, AMC contracts, and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, payroll support)

Handle project-based accounting (retention, retainer, progress billing)

Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books

Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports

Manage VAT filing and compliance

Monitor receivables and follow up on collections

Track project costs and profitability

Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness

Coordinate with management for financial planning and budgeting

Requirements

Minimum 5 years UAE accounting experience (Contracting industry preferred)

Advanced level in Zoho Books (mandatory)

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, financial analysis, reporting)

Strong understanding of project accounting & cost control

Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized

Team player with strong work ethic

Able to work independently and take ownership

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience in construction / fit-out / maintenance companies

Experience with multi-division accounting

Experience handling retention & advance payments

Audit experience is a plus
