Job :

Reporting to the head of subsidiary accounting, JV & Fixed Assets, you will ensure compliance with the accounting and financial rules applicable to ALMERIA and TotalEnergies.

Your main tasks will be:

- Participation in the implementation and smooth operation of the accounting system and the procedures manual.
- Continuous data entry and updating of the computerized accounting system (SAP): customer sales, supplier purchases, customer payments, payroll, etc.
- Management and follow-up of bank accounts
- Carrying out priority accounting controls (purchases, sales, inventory, declarations, payroll, etc.)
- Recording and monitoring of ALMERIA's fixed expenses
- Preparation of tax and social security declarations
- Analysis and reconciliation of ALMERIA's accounts
- Assistance in preparing monthly closings
- Assistance in preparing closings and reviewing accounts up to the balance sheet
- Management of relationships with partners: auditors, lawyers
- Assistance in implementing and maintaining periodic (monthly) dashboards and reporting indicators requested by the head of the accounting department and the finance department
- Participation in periodic physical inventories
- Recording and verification of credit notes and debit notes
- Recording and verification of customer account top-ups
- Processing and recording of retrocessions
- Participation in the preparation of results
- Coordination of operational and financial data on "TEMPO" for ALMERIA

Required profile :

- Degree in Accounting / Finance (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- Some previous experience in a chartered accountancy firm is desirable
- Knowledge of general and analytical accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in SAP is desirable
- Sense of organization, rigor, availability, initiative, and organization
- Autonomy, dynamism, discretion, and ability to anticipate
- Management of priorities and adherence to deadlines
