Job :

Reporting to the Finance and Accounting Department, your mission will be to account for SOREC's financial and tax operations, ensuring the accuracy of records and compliance with legal obligations.

As such, your main activities will be:


Data entry of accounting operations in the ERP
- Accurately record all accounting operations in the company's ERP system
- Validate the recording by checking the compliance of accounting documents with internal procedures


Accounting and verification
- Account for operations related to the company's activities in compliance with the accounting and analytical allocation rules defined in internal procedures
- Review treasury flow operations before they are accounted for to ensure their accuracy


Management of expenses and invoices
- Monitor and verify all external expenses to ensure correct accounting
- Account for social charges related to payroll processes
- Manage accrued expenses by making precise entries and considering financial commitments


Preparation, declaration, and reconciliation of taxes
- Accurately prepare tax-related accounts
- Make tax declarations in accordance with current legislation
- Reconcile tax accounts to ensure they match the company's financial obligations

Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

- You have a Bac+2/3 diploma in Accounting with 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role
