(Warehouse Project Manager)

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant - Warehouse Project Manager is responsible for leading and

managing all warehouse accounting and inventory control operations. The role ensures full

alignment between system records and physical stock while supervising junior accountants

and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise warehouse accounting operations.

Manage and review the performance of Junior Accountants.

Oversee coding, labeling, and inventory structuring processes.

Ensure full reconciliation between physical stock and system records.

Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory transactions.

Approve documentation related to inventory movement.

Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and variance analysis.

Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Act as Project Manager for the warehouse operations setup.
