Salary: QAR 4.5k per month

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an Accountant with real Estate Experience for an esteemed client in Qatar’s real estate sector . We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily transactional bookings
2. Record-keeping of PDC cheques from tenants
3. Daily deposits of rental collections
4. Updates to the investment inventory
5. Tenancy contract updates and cheque tracking
6. Follow-up on bounce cheques and RDC reports
7. Booking and managing expenses
8. Preparation of payments
9. Bank reconciliations
10. Processing supplier payments
11. Assisting in audits and Dubai report preparation
12. Tenant screening assistance
13. Management of payables and receivables
14. PDC management
15. Bank/supplier reconciliation
16. Monitoring rental statuses
17. Tenant management
18. Additional assistance with audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts
• Local experience in accounting, preferably within real estate
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Filipino nationality preferred, other nationalities welcome.
