الوصف الوظيفيLocation: Qatar (Local candidates with transferable sponsorship only)
Salary: QAR 4.5k per month
Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an Accountant with real Estate Experience for an esteemed client in Qatar’s real estate sector . We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily transactional bookings
- Record-keeping of PDC cheques from tenants
- Daily deposits of rental collections
- Updates to the investment inventory
- Tenancy contract updates and cheque tracking
- Follow-up on bounce cheques and RDC reports
- Booking and managing expenses
- Preparation of payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier payments
- Assisting in audits and Dubai report preparation
- Tenant screening assistance
- Management of payables and receivables
- PDC management
- Bank/supplier reconciliation
- Monitoring rental statuses
- Tenant management
- Additional assistance with audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts
• Local experience in accounting, preferably within real estate
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Filipino nationality preferred, other nationalities welcome.
