We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our Finance team where you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring compliance across the agency.


Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the agency.
  

• Prepare financial statements reports and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
  

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ensuring timely payments and collections.
  

• Process payroll taxes and statutory filings accurately and on time.
  

• Monitor budgets expenditures and financial performance to support management decisions.
  

• Assist in financial planning forecasting and reporting for projects and departments.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide financial insights and ensure cost-effective operations.
  

• Identify areas for process improvement in financial workflows and reporting.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and legal regulations.
  

• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations tax laws and industry trends.
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (2 years preferred).
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles .
  

• Experience with financial reporting bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  

• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable payroll and tax compliance.
  

• Proficiency in accounting software .
  

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  

• Effective communication skills to explain financial information clearly.
