- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records on a daily basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle all financial dealings with medical insurance companies, including claims follow-up, reconciliation, and reimbursement tracking.
- Process and reconcile insurance claims and MOH reimbursements, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and proper reconciliation.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing entries and ensure books are closed accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash on a regular basis.
- Record payroll entries and social insurance transactions.
- Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation entries.
- Track and reconcile medical supplies and inventory costs.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements including VAT filing and withholding tax.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting schedules as needed.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
