Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the cost accounting system, documentation, and records. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Prepare detailed cost analyses and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Conduct internal cost audits and document findings. Analyze changes in products, materials, and services to determine cost impact. Estimate costs for new and proposed products. Provide management with reports analyzing factors affecting pricing and profitability. Assist in month-end closing activities and general ledger reconciliation related to inventory and cost accounts. Participate in external and internal audits. Conduct physical inventory counts and monitor the cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in cost accounting within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis tools). Experience using SAP or similar ERP system is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Industrial/manufacturing background is a must.
