Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting transactions for the branch (sales, expenses, petty cash).
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports and submit them to head office.
Monitor cash flow, collections, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.
Manage invoices, receipts, and supplier payments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and support audits when required.
Control inventory records and coordinate with store/warehouse teams.
